Plastic extrusion

This year in EXTRUPLESA (Spanish Plastic Extrusions), we commemorate our 40th anniversary. To be able to celebrate such a historic event for us, brings us an enormous satisfaction. In forty years, as natural, there has been a little bit of everything in the running of the company: some brilliant periods and others more difficult ones; there have been changes in the orientation of the business; a generational change; several in the location of the company, among many other changes.

Extruplesa was founded in 1967 under the name of PERSIANAS LA ESPAÑOLA (LA ESPAÑOLA BLINDS). In the beginning, the company was dedicated to the making of blinds at a local level.

After having passed through several different enlargements, ever since six years now, under the name of EXTRUPLESA, we are located in Buenos Aires St., 20 - Industrial Estate Centrovía in La Muela, Zaragoza - Spain where we own an industrial warehouse of 4.000 m² situated on a lot of 10.000 m² .

Nowadays our work field is plastic extrusion. We have ten extrusion lines in which we can make all sorts of profiles or tubes, from the smallest sizes to plastic panels reaching widths of 600 mm.

With a team of highly experienced workers using high-tech equipments and with a high quality system following the ISO 9001/2000 regulation certified by AENOR, we are capable of carrying out projects with clients coming from all types of areas: furniture, toys, household goods, car industry, advertising, renewable energies, house construction, industrial construction, farm equipment, veterinary, among others.

Keeping the same hopes and energy than when we first began forty years ago, we will continue working day after day with one objective in mind: giving solutions and a good service to our clients, who are truly the real characters of our prolonged history.
