If necessary we can conduct studies of structural behaviour when the profiles are exposed to UV rays, the fire resistance, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, impact resistance, colorimetry, and so on. Well with our own methods or with the collaboration of various testing laboratories.
We can offer simulation studies and FEM analysis of the products, to ensure their proper function in real situations.
These studies can analyze the behavior of materials in various situations, such as when they are subjected to loads or traction forces in different temperatures, and can predict the behavior of plastic along its life (Study of Creep).
First of all is create a 3D model.

The forces, loads and restictions are applied in the same way that they will be in the real situation.

Once everythind is set up, the simulation runs obtaining the required results (deformations, displacements, stresses, etc.)

We want to analise that 3 profiles of 22x22mm and a length of 300mm could support a load of 4.000 Kg.
The profile is OK for its application.
With this machine, ir can be measured the behavour of the profiles submitted to impacts.
